Refund and Exchange Policy
For digital print items, all sales are final and there is a strict no refund policy.
For physical items that have been shipped to you, we do our best to make sure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out and let me know within 7 days of receiving your item. You'll need to provide me with your order number, name, and photos, and I'll do my best to help you out.
Custom made-to-order products and digital products are not refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on legacy sale items or gift cards.
I do not accept returns or exchanges due to poor sizing. Sizing charts are provided with every item. Please check the chart carefully against a similar item at home.
