TAXES & PAYMENTS
Yes! Knitwear orders include a fee for pre-payment of tariff costs. Most of our other products ship from the US with US carriers and will not be subject to tariffs.
We try to send our products from printers and manufacturers closest to you, using shipping methods that reduce the likelihood of tariffs/duty/fees, but sometimes cross-border shipping is the only available option. Our products most affected include blankets, vintage tees, and ceramic mugs as they are exclusively shipped from the US.
Knitwear ordered to the United States are exclusively shipped from our knitting partner in China and tariffs are currently included as a small fee you will see during checkout. The removal of the de minimus will not impact your delivery as we will pre-pay tariffs on your behalf and you should not encounter any issues with delivery due to tariffs. If your order is impacted by tariffs, please reach out to let us know.
VAT is typically charged as required during the check-out process. In cases where it is not, like our knitwear, you may be required to pay VAT to have your order delivered. We will always do our best to print orders as close to you as possible so that you receive it faster and it incurs less fees; however, it is not a guarantee. Some items are US-exclusive items. If you are concerned about VAT and customs fees, please check with me first if you'd like to know what items can be printed closer to you!
Yes! Payments are processed through Shopify and its leading international partners. Chances are you will be able to pay in your local currency.
Sales taxes are collected as legally required. Order totals are reflected in your cart upon checkout. Any additional duties or other payments required are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS, REFNDS & EXCHANGES
- For digital print items, all sales are final and there is a strict no refund policy.
- For physical items that have been shipped to you, we do our best to make sure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out and let me know within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have elapsed, you may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please include your order number, name, and photos showing the damage.
- Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to issues related to fit. Sizing charts are provided with every item with multiple sizes. Please check the chart carefully against a similar item at home and reach out if you have any questions about the fit of your garment.
As our physical products are made to order, we do not maintain inventory. As a result we do not accept exchanges. Please carefully check the sizing charts provided prior to placing your order and double check your order during check out to ensure you've selected the correct size. If you received a different size than the one you ordered, please reach out!
ORDERING & SHIPPING
Yes, we do; however, shipping to some countries is not possible due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. We do not currently ship any products to Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. We also have temporarily disabled shipping to EU countries (including Northern Ireland) due to GPSR regulations. We are working with with our printing partners to find a solution so please stay tuned. Please check individual listings carefully for shipping details.
Processing times can vary depending on the item. All of our items are made to order meaning we will only begin printing or knitting your items after your order is placed. Most printed items take approximately 3 to 7 business days to print and dispatch. Knitwear are time consuming to create and can take 7 to 14 business days to knit and dispatch. Digital prints are instantly available after your payment and order is complete.
Delivery time will vary depending on the destination, courier used, and the item itself. Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be available and you can track its progress on the carrier's website. Please check the delivery estimate listed under each individual listing carefully prior to ordering. Please allow ample time for your order to arrive. Please also note that customs clearance may delay delivery, and tracking numbers may no longer update once they have arrived at the destination country. All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on the items in your order, your items may have shipped separately and may not arrive at the same time. If you do not see multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to me and I will look into it for you.
For physical products, we try to begin processing orders right away. If you need to cancel an order or change any part of it, please reach out as soon as possible! We will attempt to accommodate such requests, but once production has begun (usually within 24 hours), we will not be able to offer a cancellation or change your order.
For digital products, you will receive your purchase immediately. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer cancellations or refunds.
Digital prints are immediately available once your payment has been processed (can take a few minutes to a day depending on the method). All digital prints are available as PDF files for you to print yourself or at your local print shop. If you have any questions about sizing, printing, or framing, please reach out!
We work with printers and manufacturers all around the world including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, China, Latvia, Germany, and more. Each order is manually processed to ensure shipping efficiencies. We do our best to ship your order in as few packages as possible and as local to the destination as possible so it arrives faster and incurs less fees. Your orders will ship directly from these printing and manufacturing facilities.
For knitwear, we have partnered with a Seattle-based knitting partner that manufactures knitted apparel at their factory in China. The factory is certified by WRAP and Elevate, ensuring ethical treatment of workers and fair labour practices. Knitted apparel are knit-to-order meaning they are not mass produced, reducing material and production waste.
Yes, our standard policy is to ship items that have the same destination address together if we can. Since we process each order manually, we can sometimes catch orders that were placed separately but shipping to the same name and destination. In cases such as these, we will combine the orders as much as we can; however, it's not guaranteed that we will be able to catch it every time.
If, for some reason, you would prefer your separate orders to be sent out separately, please reach out to us prior to placing your orders, or shortly after.
OTHER QUESTIONS
All items have wash and care instructions provided in the listing. Please check back to make sure you are following the care instructions to prolong the life of your print and garment. Generally for most printed products, wash cold with prints turned inside out and low tumbledry. Do not iron on the print, and do not dry clean. Please note, that some mugs are NOT diswasher or microwave safe and may result in damage. I do not accept returns or exchanges due to damage from improper care.
Our shop is also available on Etsy. The items, availability, processing, and delivery times are all the same between our online storefronts; however, the Rewards program can only be applied to orders made on the official website.
For printed and knitted items, I design all the artwork myself and I work with several printing and manufacturing partners in multiple countries to produce and ship most of our items. However, some limited-run items like bookmarks and stickers are handmade by me and will ship out from my home studio in Calgary, AB, Canada.
I accept custom orders at my discretion depending on my current workload and the level of customization needed, and may charge an additional fee for modifications to existing designs. If you would like a design modified for you, or have an idea for a brand new design, I'd love to hear from you!
