Ready-to-Ship: For our most popular designs and ahead of our busiest seasons, we will be pre-producing a limited quantity of inventory. Once you order, they will be shipped as soon as we can, typically within 1-2 business days. Please double check your details during checkout, because the fast turnaround means we are unable to cancel, refund, edit, or make changes to your order (including address changes).
Knit-to-Order: Our knitted apparel items are typically made custom and knit-to-order which means that we only start knitting once you have placed your order. Each garment is made using a machine-knit Jacquard technique to allow woven and intricate patterns. Once your order has begun knitting, we are unable to cancel, refund, edit, or make changes to your order (including address changes) so please double check your details during check out.
Production times range from 1-3 weeks depending on workload and holidays. If you need your order by a specific date or have questions about our current workload, please reach out; we are happy to help.
Shipping: Your order will ship as soon as it’s done! Shipping to most major metropolitan areas takes 2-3 weeks for standard shipping and approximately 1 week for express shipping; however this can be delayed during busy seasons, so please plan ahead!

We work with a US-based knitting partner with facilities in China where each knitted garment is knit custom just for you. Knitted garments are not mass produced and orders ship directly from the knitting facilities to minimize transport time and decrease waste. Facilities are certified by Elevate and WRAP to ensure fair and ethical labor practices and all knitwear are made from high-quality materials. If you have any questions, please reach out.
55% cotton, 45% polyester creates a pleasantly soft feel. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Low temperature iron if necessary; Do not dryclean.
The Reader sweater is absolutely gorgeous!!! ( And arrived about a week early…)It looks exactly like the pictures. It is a good weight for a Fall /Winter sweater. I did order up a size, but I like sweaters oversized…I know I’ll be back to order again!!! Thank you!
This is a lovely item, hence five stars. Good quality and warm. But the sizing has frustrated me, hence my review aims to help others with this (see photos). I am 5'10" with long limbs and UK 12 on top half (with a fairly small bust), UK 14 on lower half. The listing photos are not very helpful as they don’t show clearly how the cardigan sits on the 5’3” model, but it’s evidently very oversized on them. After looking carefully at the measurements, I bought a Large (in most brands, I’m a Medium on top). In hindsight, I should have bought XL. The arm length is great, generous, even after shrinking slightly on first wash. Unfortunately exchanges aren’t accepted and it’s too costly to buy again, so I will aim to enjoy it as a not-quite-oversize cardigan. But I hope my photos help others choose an appropriate size.

Love them!!! I've been obsessed with them and even despite the August heat I've been wearing them. Very well made and comfortable. The only thing I was a bit sad about is the lack of pockets but other than that, I couldn't ask for better cardigans.
this shop is very misleading, they lead you to believe your buying from a small business in Canada and the long ship time is due to the product is being made to order. But if you read all the fine print you'll see this product is actually made and shipped from China. the quality of the sweater is fine but they are grosely overcharging for what it is. So buyer beware if you actually want to support a small business with an actual handcrafted product do NOT buy from this shop!!!
