Once you order, they will be shipped as soon as we can, typically within 1-2 business days. Knit-to-Order: Our knitted apparel items are typically made custom and knit-to-order which means that we only start knitting once you have placed your order. Each garment is made using a machine-knit Jacquard technique to allow woven and intricate patterns. Once your order has begun knitting, we are unable to cancel, refund, edit, or make changes to your order (including address changes) so please double check your details during check out.
Production times range from 1-3 weeks depending on workload and holidays. If you need your order by a specific date or have questions about our current workload, please reach out; we are happy to help.
Shipping: Your order will ship as soon as it’s done! Shipping to most major metropolitan areas takes 2-3 weeks for standard shipping and approximately 1 week for express shipping; however this can be delayed during busy seasons, so please plan ahead!

We work with a US-based knitting partner with facilities in China where each knitted garment is knit custom just for you. Knitted garments are not mass produced and orders ship directly from the knitting facilities to minimize transport time and decrease waste. Facilities are certified by Elevate and WRAP to ensure fair and ethical labor practices and all knitwear are made from high-quality materials. If you have any questions, please reach out.
55% cotton, 45% polyester creates a pleasantly soft feel. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Low temperature iron if necessary; Do not dryclean.

This is the second of these cardigans I own and I know it’ll be in rotation every week. I wear mine inside at work and it’s super comfy and highly complimented. The knit is soft and the buttons feel sturdy (can be a pet peeve of mine)

Absolutely gorgeous sweater. I ordered a size up for a doubly oversized look, and it does not disappoint. The sweater would have been oversized at my normal size, but I love feeling even cozier. I’m 5’10”, L and the XL just covers my backside. Design is woven and not printed, which means this sweater will last a lifetime. Worth the price.
I ordered prior to Christmas not intending this to be a foxy for anyone except for myself, and the seller kindly reached out to let me know it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas and offered a refund.
