Rhys thinks that Velaris is best viewed at night. I think it's best viewed hanging off your shoulder and jam packed with books. The centre of the design was inspired by the descriptions of Velaris in the ACOTAR books, but it rests in an orrery meant to signify Velaris' place in the greater universe. IYKYK.
