Knit-to-Order: Our knitted apparel items are typically made custom and knit-to-order which means that we only start knitting once you have placed your order. Each garment is made using a machine-knit Jacquard technique to allow woven and intricate patterns. Once your order has begun knitting, we are unable to cancel, refund, edit, or make changes to your order (including address changes) so please double check your details during check out.
Production times range from 1-3 weeks depending on workload and holidays. If you need your order by a specific date or have questions about our current workload, please reach out; we are happy to help.
Shipping: Your order will ship as soon as it’s done! Shipping to most major metropolitan areas takes 2-3 weeks for standard shipping and approximately 1 week for express shipping; however this can be delayed during busy seasons, so please plan ahead!

Shipping to the US is now subject to a US Tariff Clearance Fee of approximately USD$5 per item and Express shipping is not available to US addresses.
Unfortunately, if your country is not listed above, we cannot currently ship our knitwear directly to you. We're also unable to deliver knitwear to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses with our current carriers. If you have any questions, please ask!
We work with a US-based knitting partner with facilities in China where each knitted garment is knit custom just for you. Knitted garments are not mass produced and orders ship directly from the knitting facilities to minimize transport time and decrease waste. Facilities are certified by Elevate and WRAP to ensure fair and ethical labor practices and all knitwear are made from high-quality materials. If you have any questions, please reach out.
55% cotton, 45% polyester creates a pleasantly soft feel. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Low temperature iron if necessary; Do not dryclean.
I love the cardigan it’s very soft. I ordered a large but wished I had gotten an extra large for a baggy fit.

this cardy is fabulous, not only does it look just like it does in the photos but it is extremely soft and a nice thickness to it! Very comfortable when on. I got it a couple sizes bigger- a large knowing it would be a bit bigger on me for it to look similar on me as it does on the model in the photo!

4.5/5 stars. The sweater quality is great and it’s very comfortable! Sizing guide is accurate. I requested it without the quote on the back and the seller was able to accommodate! Now it’s perfect for everyday wear. I’m knocking it down half a star because, based on the listing, it made it sound like this was going to be handmade by the seller in Canada, but the product came from China.

LOVE this cardigan! The weigh is great, and it’s very soft. The buttons feel stitched on well enough to survive a war which is awesome. My only note is the shipping on these can be extremely long, but is 110% worth the wait. Hopefully there are more button up sweater designs in the future because I adore this one and my students love it

Absolutely love this cardigan!!! The details are great and it's very comfortable! I have had some sensory issues since finishing chemo last year and thankfully, this cardigan is NOT itchy, even bthe seams don't itch! I also love the light brown mixed in! It adds a little more dimension. Love this and will be ordering again in the future
