Size Chart

Each of our knitted apparel items is made custom and knit-to-order which means that we only start knitting once you have placed your order. Each garment is made using a machine-knit Jacquard technique to allow woven and intricate patterns to be knit into the fabric. Once your order has begun knitting, we are unable to cancel, refund, edit, or make changes to your order (including address changes) so please double check your details during check out.

Production times range from 1-3 weeks depending on workload and holidays. If you need your order by a specific date or have questions about our current workload, please reach out; we are happy to help.

Your order will ship as soon as it’s done! Shipping to most major metropolitan areas takes 2-3 weeks for standard shipping and approximately 1 week for express shipping; however this can be delayed during busy seasons, so please plan ahead!

Unfortunately, if your country is not listed above, we cannot currently ship our knitwear directly to you. We're also unable to deliver knitwear to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses with our current carriers. If you have any questions, please ask!

We work with a US-based knitting partner with facilities in China where each knitted garment is knit custom just for you. Knitted garments are not mass produced and orders ship directly from the knitting facilities to minimize transport time and decrease waste. Facilities are certified by Elevate and WRAP to ensure fair and ethical labor practices and all knitwear are made from high-quality materials. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Materials & Care

55% cotton, 45% polyester creates a pleasantly soft feel. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Low temperature iron if necessary; Do not dryclean.
