Our knitwear is made to order and knitting begins once your order is processed. Given our production timelines, knitwear items shipped with Standard Shipping will most likely not arrive in time for the book release on January 21, but may arrive in time for subsequent events, such as book signings, depending on date and location. Orders placed with Express Shipping are more likely to arrive in time for release, but are not guaranteed to be delivered by a specific date. Please see the below table for anticipated timelines. 

We want as many people to get their orders as fast as possible for this launch. To that end, we will be processing orders as they come for the first few days. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel, refund, edit, or make changes to your order (including address changes). Please double/triple/quadruple check your size and color choices as well as your shipping information prior to ordering. A dragon without its rider is a tragedy. Your order without your apartment number is lost.

All of our knit apparel items are made to order, so please allow 14 to 21 business days for production. It will be sent out as soon as it's ready! For delivery, please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the date of shipping.

Please note: if you wish to upgrade your knitwear order to express shipping, please ensure that only knitwear is in your cart. If you have any other product types in your cart, you will be limited to the standard free shipping option.

Unfortunately, if your country is not listed above, we cannot currently ship our knitwear directly to you. We're also unable to deliver knitwear to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses with our current carriers. If you have any questions, please ask!
